Riley + Alex Proposal Photography 2025 | Emerald Bay, Laguna Beach, CA

This one was special. Riley reached out to me with a plan to propose to his long-time love, Alex, on their 7-year anniversary — but with a twist. He “gifted” her a couples session in Emerald Bay, Laguna Beach (where she grew up!), and little did she know… she was about to say YES to forever.

From the moment they arrived, their energy was effortless. Happy, connected, totally in love. We laughed through every part of the session, and when Riley got down on one knee, the entire beach erupted in applause. Alex’s reaction? Pure joy. Smiling ear to ear, hugging him like she never wanted to let go.

Emerald Bay was the perfect, personal backdrop for such a heartfelt proposal. Photographing it felt like freezing a little slice of magic. These two are ready to do life together, and I’m so lucky to be the one to help tell that story.
